What is the goal of continuing education?
How does continuing education benefit the colleges?
Are district resources being used to the best advantage? How can the district be more efficient?
Should all 3 units offer continuing education?
Is there unnecessary duplication of offerings? Are there unmet needs?
Are there communications problems among the units? How can these be overcome?
How are class fees set? Should there be a common method of setting fees?
How should registration be handled?
What are the trends in continuing education? What should CCS be anticipating in the future?
How should CCS measure success?
